This is a high-quality flat seal joint/weld joint specially manufactured for high purity and ultra-high purity applications required by semiconductor manufacturing equipment and other vacuum machinery. It is compatible with electropolishing.
The Hamlet HTC series is a face seal/weld joint made from materials that comply with SEMI standards, designed for high-purity lines with stringent quality control.
